Benefits for Cottage residents:
Randi Kirksey has been with the Cottages since 2009 starting her career as a Resident Assistant. She was then promoted to the Resident Services Director before taking over as the Executive Director in 2020. Prior to joining the Cottage team, she worked at a local nursing home for a year, which is when she first fell in love with serving the senior community. “I am a caregiver at heart. I love the fact that I can help people, build relationships, and also learn so much from the residents that I take care of. The Cottage has brought so much purpose to my life. I know I am right where God wants me to be, and I feel very blessed.”
Randi attended Northeast Community College. She is from Selmer, Tennessee, located 20 miles from Corinth, Mississippi. Randi and the love of her life have three children, two boys (George and Damari) and one girl (Danisha).
Ally was born and raised in Corinth where she attended Alcorn Central. Ally is currently enrolled in North East Mississippi Community College. Ally joined the Cottage Team in November 2018 as a Resident Assistant. Her dedication to the residents quickly led to her advancement as Shift Supervisor. Ally’s commitment to detail and passion for making a difference is her shining trait. After being her mother’s caregiver, Ally quickly knew as a young girl she wanted to care for people. “Everyone has such a unique personality. The residents teach me something different with every day. I love coming to work and seeing the residents smile and laugh.” Ally mentions.
Ally is engaged to her fiancé Colt Hamilton and they have one son, Swayzee. In Ally’s spare time, she enjoys time spent with family, traveling and skydiving.
Shauna Davis serves as the Team Lead for Country Cottage Corinth.
