Prior to joining the Cottage team, Ericka has operated her own photography business for 17 years. Ericka and her husband of 25 years, Russell have three beautiful children and three “fur babies.”
When asked about what she loves about working at The Cottages Ericka said, “to see joy in a senior’s eyes after spending time with them or taking them on an outing and enjoying them exceed their personal expectations is an incredibly rewarding experience; they become our family.” Ericka believes it’s important to, as the great Maya Angelou once said, “be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.”
