Heather is originally from Florence, Alabama and has been a nurse since 2009. She graduated from Northwest Shoals Community College and began her career in long-term care, where she spent seven years caring for the elderly. She later worked in home health before joining The Cottage team in 2018 as Resident Services Director.
In 2019, Heather was promoted to Executive Director. She brings years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to resident-centered care to her leadership role.
Heather and her husband, Jonathan, have four children and reside in the Hatton community.
Kelly began her career with The Cottages in 2013 as a Resident Assistant. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work across four properties each with a different role, including Resident Assistant, Food Service Coordinator, and Admissions Director. Kelly now serves as the Resident Services Director. Since stepping into the role, she has loved being able to serve our residents and families in any way that she can.
Kelly and her husband, Tyler, have two children, Abbie and Brayden. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, studying her Bible, and kayaking.
Ericka has always been passionate about working with the public. She joined The Cottages team in 2017 and now serves as the Admissions Director. Ericka loves her role because it allows her to help individuals and families find a place within our beautiful community to call home.
She finds great fulfillment in helping residents find their place in the community, watching them grow, and seeing them truly become family.
In addition to her work in senior living, Ericka has owned and operated her own photography business for over 22 years. She and her husband share a close-knit family that includes three children, two grandchildren, and one dog.
Selena is from Russellville, Alabama and first joined the Cottages in 1998 as the Resident Services Director for our Country Cottage in Russellville. Since that time she has been a member of the Cottage team in various positions, including Managing Director for several of our locations. Selena has been a nurse for 25 years, and has enjoyed 22 years caring for the elderly.
“The reason I love caring for the elderly is because of my many wonderful grandparents who played such an important role in my life,” says Selena.
